This UE5 environment was made to be a navigable archviz retail space, with real time lighting and a time of day system for outside. I took reference from outdoorsy retail spaces, and somewhat chic aesthetically industrial, retail spaces. Everything is custom modeled and textured by me, except for the various clothing options, which are from a pack, as well as the cars packed outside. The environment can be traversed through a first person bp to get a feeling of the depth scale of the space. Environment runs at 60 fps average, and was made over the course of 2 weeks.
