This piece is a part of the world building project I'm currently working on. The idea is to write lore and history for a nation and flesh it out through environments and landscape pieces, to allow people to see and experience the world. This is the second location that I've finished. The Revana Milinal, and the Pilgrims Road, I've written quite a bit of lore for these things, however I feel it's unnecessary to include here, dm me if youd like to hear some of it. Being that this piece is presented in ue5, For the road retaining walls, I sculpted high poly stone bricks, baked them down to a usable but high density mesh for ue5. The road is relatively straightforward, its a plane with a custom Quixel Mixer road material, that has been displaced in blender and imported to ue5, to be used with a spline system. All the trees are Speedtrees. and the ground foliage are Quixel megascans. All foliage is spawned using Unreals procedural foliage system. The character is just a base mesh, with custom clothes I made for it. The landscape was created with Quadspinner Gaea, including custom slope and flow based masks.
