I've been getting really into Gundam and sci fi in general lately, and wanted to make an environment featuring the most legendary mech helmet of all time! Environment uses the reintroduced landscape tessellation and displacement, the new procedural content system, and all of UE5's awesome render features like Lumen and Nanite. Environment is fully traversable and set up to be viewed in real time, and uses Quixel assets, as well as a handful of my own custom assets, like the Gundam helmet. Lighting is set up to be completely dynamic and changeable, using a time of day system. Overall, the environment took about 3-4 weeks to complete, from gathering reference, to blocking out the environment, texturing, lighting, rendering, and finally post processing.
