Evening at Taganoura Recreation

I'm a huge fan of Kawase Hasui's prints, I feel they capture so much, with so little. I really enjoyed recreating his piece , "Evening at Taganoura", as well as doing some alternate lighting scenarios for it. Made and rendered in Blender, and post processed in photoshop. I used Botaniq for the grass and trees, and the mountain is a scan of the actual Mount Fuji! Cart, horse, and character are from turbosquid. I learn so much whenever I recreate one of Hasui's pieces, and this one was very fun! I highly recommend taking a look at his art on google, it is so aesthetic in my opinion.
